Slippery Rock University worked with Williams Coaches for a 10-day faculty-led program in March 2010 and found the process to be both professional and easy, even from here in the US.  Our faculty leader reported that the drivers were very punctual and quite friendly, answering our questions eagerly, willing to share their culture with us.  They recommended places to eat, clubs and sites to see.  On our trip to York, the driver provided a video of a contemporary British sitcom.  All in all, they were extremely nice, accommodating and trustworthy.

" Waterhouse and Mackintosh homes are a group of sheltered Almshouses based in Halifax, we arrange three trips per year for our elderly residents.  We have used several firms over the years but started using Williams' coaches two years ago after a recommendation.  We have now used them for the last six trips and are very happy to continue doing so.  They have not only beaten others on price but more importantly from our point of view, their coaches are modern, clean and reliable and their drivers extremely courteous and obliging.  On our Christmas trip to York we were concerned that the driver would have to park a long way from the centre,  but he managed to drop us off and collect us only five minutes walk from the Minster, and he was happy to wait so even the slowest ones didn't feel rushed.  On our summer tour over Pendle Hill he managed to get a 50 seater coach where most people would have struggled with a car, to allow us some stunning views.  In fact it's now our residents who are telling us to book with "That Bradford firm again".
